Don’t believe a word I say and don’t believe my competitors. Always go to the independent reviewing sites. Here you will find real reviews from real people (some of the time). In my humble opinion I find Yelp and Angie’s List to be the most honest assessment of a service provider. They are two of the companies that screen the reviews for accuracy, they make it difficult to post fake reviews. Beware of companies that offer you incentives like free coupons if you will post reviews for them. You probably hired them based on the reviews that you found on-line; but now you find out that they use cash bonuses to help collect them. I will never and have never offered any incentive to anyone to post a review for my company, (but thanks if you do)
