An area or room is defined as a area up to 250 square feet. Combination areas like dining/living room or bedroom/sitting area combinations are considered separate areas regardless of the square footage.

Rooms larger than 250 square feet are calculated by the sqft price of 10 cents per sqft.

Combination rooms larger than 500 sqft are also calculated by the sqft price of 10 cents per sqft.

Baths, staircases, landings, halls, walk-in closets and area rugs are priced separately.

Very small areas like closets, nooks etc under 25 sqft are FREE!
