A Consumer’s Guide to Green Cleaning

You hear a lot in the media about green or organic cleaning products, but what exactly is green cleaning?  Basically it is a package of cleaning solutions that are considered extra safe for the planet and as a bonus are also extra safe for your family and pets.

But don’t be fooled by the high pressure tactics of salesmen that prey on the next trend or buzz word.  While the cleaning solutions are important; the method of cleaning is even more important.  Hot water extraction (steam cleaning) is the only method recommended by leading carpet manufactures.  It is the only method that truly extracts significant dirt and oil from your carpet.

Whilst all my cleaning products are of the highest quality and are approved for use in the State of California I know that some of my clients want and demand the absolutely  greenest of the green.  Please don’t feel that if you choose my regular cleaning solution you are risking your health, my regular cleaning solutions are considered to be the Gold Standard in cleaning and I use them every day.  I just wish to give you the option of using the absolutely greenest of the green cleaning solutions as well.
